Ha'11oween (Part 2)

In the afternoon, while T and R were at school, E and I went to DH's office to go trick-or-treating.

R was super cute as a chocolate chip cookie when he was three years old, and E is, if possible, even cuter. I was about 6 months pregnant with E when I made this costume.

Could you not just eat her right up?

At the office, someone was handing out chocolate chip cookies. The stars were aligned.

In other costume recycling news, DH fit into the corn costume that I made for R last year and even won third place in the costume contest at work!

I think the fact that the hat fits him like a swim cap was the real clincher. It makes me laugh.

This is my costume:

If you don't see what it's supposed to be, blur your eyes a little. I saw a picture like this online and wanted to try it. It didn't turn out as awesome as I'd imagined, but it was really hard to draw it on myself while looking in the mirror.

And my final Halloween treat to you is this song, which I have been listening to obsessively for the last three days. I heart it.

Have a frightfully fun evening, y'all.

Oh, Jones. You have gorgeous kids. I am MAJORLY impressed with T's costume. Wow. She is getting so grown up. She's a beauty!

I love D's hat. I laughed out loud when I saw the pic.

Is R's made out of an index card sorter thing like teachers use at school? What 1st grader thinks of wanting to be a vending machine?!?

I love your family. Now I'm going to go listen to the song that you heart. Never heard it before I'm sure.
